Sessions may touch emotionally significant themes. You take part voluntarily and may pause, decline, or end at any time. The practitioner may, at her discretion and in the interest of your wellbeing, decline or end a session and refer you to appropriate professional support.

Halszka's professional qualifications and experience in education and community care inform the ethics and care with which this work is offered. They are not offered as services through Luin Fea, and engaging Luin Fea does not engage Halszka in any of those professional capacities.

Services are intended for clients aged 18 and over. Any work involving a person under 18 requires the written consent of a parent or guardian, is arranged separately under specific safeguards, and is never a substitute for professional youth, educational, or mental-health support.

To provide readings, Luin Fea collects personal information including birth date, time, and place, and contact details. This information is handled in accordance with the Luin Fea Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy law, used only to provide the services, and not sold.

Sessions are treated as confidential. Confidentiality may be set aside only where required or permitted by law, or where there is a serious and imminent risk to the safety of you or another person.

All Luin Fea materials, methods, course content, and designs remain the intellectual property of Halszka Serefine Masash/ Luin Fea, for your personal use only, and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Luin Fea and Halszka Serefine Masash are not liable for any decision, action, loss, or damage arising from your use of or reliance on the services, which you accept are interpretive and educational in nature.
