The Transit Rubbing

Tradition: two planets turning the same direction within eight days, both in the same sign, near the solstice — again, honestly, an astronomical coincidence rather than an attested omen-type of its own; its significance here is descriptive, not predictive. 

Insight: two very different collective forces — structure and the boundless — resume forward motion in the same week the light itself turns. Worth watching, at large scale, for anything genuinely structural and anything genuinely inspired starting to move again in the same season. 

Activity: The Transit Rubbing, taken on the solstice itself (~21–22 Dec) — the year's own light-turn, pressed into paper.
